Thank goodness we followed your advice about a remote backup system. If not, we would have lost all our data when our main PC crashed in December and we had to buy a new one. We were glad we followed your recommendations in purchasing a new PC and software upgrades.

You did an excellent job setting up our new PC in January. We now have our PC and Laptop using the identical software and operating system. We especially like the way you customized our computer system and our wireless network for our particular preferences. You eliminated a lot of unnecessary software that comes with the system.
